Direct Investment

A foreign investor must make a direct investment of at least EUR 300,000 in France to be eligible;

Invest directly or through a business in which they own at least 30% of the shares.
Investment of at least 10% of the assets in a French corporation.
Create a new company in France or acquire an already-existing one.
Take action to keep or develop full-time, permanent jobs for French workers.

Procedures & Time Frame of the France Talent Passport
